SUMMARY
in the popup "+ Eigenschaft hinzufügen" in systemsettings managing the window rules scrolling with touchpad resultes in flickering up and down


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Window Rule Settings page
2. open the add propertys popup
3. try to scroll with a touchpad

OBSERVED RESULT
scroll position jumping up and down 

EXPECTED RESULT
scrolling

I can confirm this is fixed in Plasma 6 already.
