SUMMARY
The text of focused tabs is impossible to read with a dark theme and a white accent color

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In the settings, set the accent color to white and the scheme to Breeze Dark
2. Open a Qt app with tabs, like Konsole
3. Focus a tab

OBSERVED RESULT
The text is impossible to read because the background and the text are white 

EXPECTED RESULT
The text should be dark, like with Breeze Classic

Cannot reproduce with those steps. The accent color shouldn't be affecting the backgrounds of tabs. Can you attach a screenshot that shows the issue?

Aha. Those aren't tabs but rather menus. Can confirm now. Seems related to the issue described in Bug 473300.
