Hi Richard, To your Q from a private mail: "I noticed that the photo I had been trying to put a face tag on was already in the ‘Unknown’ folder awaiting my confirmation. I wonder if this had anything to do with my program crashes yesterday? " The crash appears while the processing of items properties in the database. The database model used with the item was not locked/ulocked properly so the result at crash in unpredictable.... Best Gilles Caulier
