kwin-x11 in repo dont install

SUMMARY
support for kwin_x11 is no longer there, there is no longer an option to select KDE X11. The strange thing is that it appears in the repository.
I need X11 because of the barrier

That seems a downstream problem with the fedora repos, not a KDE bug.
