I swipe 3 fingers to display all desktops and try to drag any application to another desktop.

I have a touchscreen monitor that supports gestures and it runs smoothly in KDE Plasma. However, in the overview or all desktops effect I can't drag a window to another desktop, it starts to be "held" by something. The video shows it more clearly.

OBSERVED RESULT
The window gets stuck on something and won't release.

EXPECTED RESULT
The window should drag and drop smoothly to another desktop

Can reproduce the issue with my touchscreen.
