SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
(assuming your panel is floating)
1. Open the application launcher
2. click peek at desktop widget
3. the line that indicates the app launcher is open will still be there but drawn wrong
4. come over some applications icon that in the task manager. the line will go over them but still drawn wrongly

OBSERVED RESULT
the blue line is shown and drawn in the wrong place 

EXPECTED RESULT
blue line not shown at all
