SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Check your "Hide after" setting in Systemsettings -> Notifications;
2. Add a widget somewhere;
3. Delete it.

OBSERVED RESULT
Notification "Hide after" setting is not respected.

EXPECTED RESULT
Notification "Hide after" setting is respected.

Kernel Version: 5.15.0-89-generic (64-bit)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* I got a notification even if I go to Systemsettings -> Notifications (Application-specific settings) Configure -> Plasma Workspace -> Widget deleted, then I uncheck "Show a message in a pop-up";
* There is no animation around the red X button in the notification popup;
* If I empty the thrash, notification do respect the "Hide after" setting instead.

That's intentional for this notification, which is designed to stick around until manually dismissed. There are other notifications that won't respect the timeout too, if they're also intentionally designed to not time out.
