STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open System Settings and go to Colors KCM, or open Colors KCM via kickoff/krunner
2.

OBSERVED RESULT
as we can see in the attached screen recording, the list of color schemes scrolls down on opening

EXPECTED RESULT
the observed result should not occur

Cannot reproduce on Plasma 6 RC2.
