It's huge

Everything from git master on Plasma 6 Wayland, 200% scale.

126eb2c19a171cdad49d729ed1418be055006ba1 makes the hover popup inappropriately huge. See attached screenshot.

Explicitly bind popup size to contents

PopupPlasmaWindow doesn't have the size auto-binded by design, so is
necessary to manually bind it on QML side
