SUMMARY
***
when creating a panel and positioning it on the top of the screen the left position is not correct.
This is working correctly with X11 server
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create a new panel
2. select top as position
3. the position is not correct (starting too much right and and of panel is out of the screen)
4. the panel size is "fill width"
OBSERVED RESULT

the panel position is not correct

EXPECTED RESULT

the panel position should start more on left and end of the panel should be visible

Linux/KDE Plasma: Neon unstable

computer is lenovo P52

The problem appears when you have also a panel which is on left or right side. if I put the additional panel at the bottom, then the top panel is correctly aligned.
