Unfortunately that's not what i wanted. You should not restart anything after the export, try this again export DEBUGINFOD_URLS="https://debuginfod.ubuntu.com" lokalize And see if that helps in give more information. Also just in case, does doing this help? export QT_QPA_PLATFORM=cxcb lokalize
The first of your two options gave exactly the same result as before. I believe that the second one contains a typo... export QT_QPA_PLATFORM=cxcb should perhaps be export QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb (cxcb = xcb) I started lokalize after export QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb and to my surprise suddenly there were no problems at all!
lokalize has known problems on wayland, this is more extreme than usual, but yeah, i think the plan is force x11/xwayland for now
I am able to reproduce the issue with Fedora Rawhide (unstable release). Lokalize opened without file, once file selected, it crashed.
