Are you using any 3rd-party gesture programs?
Created attachment 163623 [details] attachment-618727-0.html I'm not using any 3rd-party gesture program only kvantum-manager. I followed this tutorial to customize my desktop: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A0LiFu1eaMs In the tutorial, kvantum-manager and latte-dock are installed, and some widgets: window title, latte separator, better inline clock, latte spacer, some icons and customizations from store. but when I finish all the customizations I can no longer access the system settings to change appearances and themes, requiring me to uninstall everything and go back to the default theme. Thanks. It sounds like one (or more) of those customizations broke the system. I would recommend undoing them one by one, or undoing them all and re-applying them one by one. That way you will be able to discover which customization broke the system, and stop using it--and ideally report a bug to the developer of the thing that broke the system.
