Created attachment 163584 [details] Backtrace, Disassembly and Registers SUMMARY Crash on load of project file that was previously saved without any obvious error. Problem can be solved by making a huge amount of imported project files unavailable and have them replaced with placeholders by kdenlive. The files themselves are fine and were properly loaded and saved in previous project file versions. STEPS TO REPRODUCE I couldn't find a surefire way to reproduce it, unfortunately. Can provide the project file itself if requested. 1. Import more than 1600 project files 2. Edit a little bit and save some times OBSERVED RESULT Crash during project load on a random file. The files it stops on however are often the same. EXPECTED RESULT Project gets loaded. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux w/ Wayland & Gnome KDE Plasma Version: N/A KDE Frameworks Version: 5.112.0 Qt Version: 5.15.11 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Happens both with the Flatpak as well as system package. AppImage doesn't load and therefore couldn't be tested.
Thanks for the report, can you please upload the project file as well?

Your project with 1600 clips could fill the memory up when loading and then crashes. Could that be?
The project opens with placeholders. This project has 1604 clips in the project bin but only 39 clips in the timeline. @Natasha. Do you have the project? If so: - Is the timeline complete? - It would be interesting to copy the project and delete all clips in the timeline, save the project, reopen it to see if the crash happen when loading the project bin.
