STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press META-key --> startmenu opens
2. Press META-key again --> nothing happens
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Pressing META-key, when the menu is open, does not close the start menu

EXPECTED RESULT
If Plasma6/Qt6 should behave like Plasma5/Qt5: pressing meta-key a second time should close the menu again
