STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable some accessibility settings like sticky keys in the accessibility KCM
2. Sync SDDM settings with Plasma
2. Go to SDDM

OBSERVED RESULT
Setting doesn't apply

EXPECTED RESULT
Settings from Plasma apply
