STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have existing icon in favorites menu with no icon
2. Change name or icon of application in favorite menu
3. No change observed
4. Remove application from favorites menu
5. Add application back to favorites menu
6. Application is now properly updated

OBSERVED RESULT
No change in icon image or application name in favorites menu initially unless removed and added back to favorites.

EXPECTED RESULT
Instant change in application name or image within favorites menu.
