SUMMARY
Using relative path with bib(la)tex does not work.
Potentially related bugs: 297675 and 323500.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use something like``\bibliography{../biblio.bib}``
2. Compile

OBSERVED RESULT
Output: ``ERROR - Cannot find '../biblio.bib'!``

EXPECTED RESULT
Compiles properly.
