Current launch feedback settings

Currently, the launch feedback is placed under Appearance/Cursors settings page. Since it works just like any other desktop effect, it should be placed under Workspace Behaviour/Desktop Effects.
That way it would also allow us to install other launch feedback animations if we don't like the default ones.
The task manager feedback can be implemented separately by the task manager plasmoid(s).

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.1.62-1-lts
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.9
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.112.0
Qt Version: 5.15.11

In general we actually want to go in the opposite direction and remove the Desktop Effects page entirely. Right now it's a random grab bag of things with no real grouping. The grouping is instead based on implementation details (ie.. being a KWin effect) which is not ideal for users. Instead, everything within it should be exposed in a place more relevant to where those effects are used. See https://invent.kde.org/plasma/systemsettings/-/issues/15. So I'm afraid this isn't something we're planning on doing, sorry!

I didn't know about that plan. I also like it. So instead, I would request to add a "Get new stuff" page for launch feedbacks from where users can install new animations.
Regarding the Task manager animation, I think it will be good if that can be moved to the task manager plasmoid, because every task manager plasmoid (whatever may come in the future) may not choose to implement it.
