Currently available cursor sizes

Currently, the size of the cursor can only be of some discrete sizes (24, 36 and 48). It would be good if the size could be set to any custom value.

bug 363147 asks for more "preset" cursor sizes, but this one is asking for allowing arbitrary cursor sizes, which will be user-configurable in settings (maybe through a slider).

Well I think they should be considered the same bug since if this is implemented, then there is no need for more preset sizes.

I also mentioned that you are asking for arbitrary cursor sizes in a comment.
