incorrect rendering

SUMMARY
Buttons in the system settings window can appear vertically compressed
1) this seems to only impact buttons, not combo boxes or text fields
2) not all buttons seem to be impacted
3) Resizing the window can make it better or worse

This is on a 1920x1600 display with a 1.25x "Global Scale" so may be related to fractional scaling

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Go to the Quick Setting page

OBSERVED RESULT
The "More Behavior Settings..." button text is slightly vertically compressed

EXPECTED RESULT
Text of all buttons should be clearly rendered

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Ubuntu 22.04
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: KDE 5.27.9
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.104.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Also visible in the "About this System" panel, "Show" button or the "Users" panel, "Change Password" button though others like Apply/Reset on the same panels are not affected
