Steps:
- Upgrade to latest Git
- Switch to a language other than English, and make sure Kate is fully translated
- Open Tools menu

Expected:
- Format on Save, and the other related strings should be in another language, or at least be available for translation

Actual:
- Opposite of the above

Looking at the .po files list, there is no relevant po file for the format plugin either.
