Hi, It looks like what you tried to do is save the file as a PSD by adding a PSD extension. Normally, if you do this in Krita, it will select the PSD export filter for you and save as a proper PSD file. If you renamed and added an extension inside of the file browser, the file browser doesn't know what a PSD file is, so it cannot turn it into a proper PSD file (instead it stays the old file type, but then with a funny name). Krita in turn will get confused if you try to load a file that has a PSD extension but is not. In short: if you want to save PSD files, do so in Krita, not by renaming files.
