SUMMARY Unclear how this happened, but I will try to repro. Locked (and closed the screen of) the laptop overnight, with chrome as the focused application and a paused youtube video in the active tab. Opened the laptop lid in the morning. While still on lock screen, before I'd attempted to enter password or interacted with the screen at all, the youtube video started playing. Further, as a side bug, the volume keys did not work until I had logged in. This is a clear privacy issue. I can see the value of "audio _continues_ playing while screen is locked" (e.g. laptop is running the audio for a party) but a session which has been inactive for 8 or 9 hours has no business being able to send audio before being unlocked. Is your lock screen configured to show media controls? If so, is it possible that you accidentally pressed the play button, either with your pointer or with the spacebar key after focusing it by accident? Are you able to reproduce the issue at all?
