SUMMARY

Pressing SHIFT + mouse wheel, should perform horizontal scrolling.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open dolphin in a directory so that both hotizontal and vertial scrollbar are visible
2.  Press SHIFT while scrolling mouse wheel

OBSERVED RESULT
Vertical scrolling

EXPECTED RESULT
Horizontal scrolling

Upon further investigation it seems this behaviour is mapped to ALT + mouse wheel, this is wrong and doesn't follow convention of what every other application is doing, using SHIFT + mouse wheel
