STEPS TO REPRODUCE

OBSERVED RESULT
Syncing clipboard on Android 11 or upper are only allowed for default ime,you cant only sync clipboard if you open kde ime

EXPECTED RESULT
Kde connect can open a port or service for other Ime to bind,so that clipboard can be received even you use other IME
