SUMMARY

If global menu / appmenu is inside panel, it won't accept inputs and sometimes has weird "stretchy" drawing glitches.
It also seems to sometimes have the items size of previous app, when switching between two windows that
have items for app menu.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add global menu widget to any panel. For control, add global menu widget on desktop as well.
2. Open konsole and kate
3. Global menu widget in panel does not accept inputs, or shows wrong items, or sometimes has weird glitchiness
4. At times, global menu can show konsole's menu items for kate and vice versa.
5. The desktop widget updates normally.
