SUMMARY
The task switcher that is created by alt+tab does not work everywhere on the OS


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open libreoffice writer
2. type a word with a gramatical error
3. right click to see the suggestions
4. try to use alt +tab to switch to another window

OBSERVED RESULT
kde will change the selected option in the context menu of writer instead of switching between apps

EXPECTED RESULT
switch between apps.

Global shortcuts cannot work with X11 that grab the keyboard. This is fixed if you use Wayland.
