SUMMARY
Media Controller shortcuts don't work



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Navigate to "Media Controller" in the shortcuts tab
3. Set up a shortcut (Eg. Play/Pause media playback)
4. Open media player 
5. Play media
6. Press shortcut set up in step 3

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
Media responds to shortcut (Eg. pausing)
