STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on desktop
2. Configure Desktop and Wallpaper
3. Mouse Actions
4. Click on about button for an action

OBSERVED RESULT
A poorly sized OverlaySheet, see screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
An appropriately sized OverlaySheet
