STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Display Configuration KCM
2. apply display scale 125%
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
buttons of "Keep display configuration?" dialog have the visual glitch seen in the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
no visual glitch
