Are you using the Plastik window decoration theme, or a 3rd-party window decoration theme? If so, it sounds like Bug 476653.
I am using the Sweet theme, it was installed during Plasma 5, with Plasma 6 I cannot install themes correctly at all(not sure if Arch repo bug or Plasma 6 alpha) - it also doesn't list the installed themes.
