Splash screen

SUMMARY

Splash screen remains for 15-20 seconds if i login sound is enabled. blocking access to the desktop.
***


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable login sound in notifications
2. logout and back in
3. Wait 15-20 sec for desktop to show

Linux/KDE Plasma: Debian Unstable / 12

KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.9
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.107.0
Qt Version: 5.15.10

Happens on Opensuse KDE as well.

What is uim-pref-gtk?

Which login sound are you using? Is it really really long?
