resize to 200%

When I use spectacle on plasma 5.27.80

I press meta+shift+prtsc and my screen suddenly enlarged to 200%, but active window/whole screen have no problem

X11 and Wayland have the same issue

I have a global scale of 200%, so spectacle actually enlarge to 400%

Operating System: Arch Linux 
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.245.0
Qt Version: 6.6.0
Kernel Version: 6.6.1-arch1-1 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11

I can only reproduce this on X11. Are you sure wayland has this issue?

I tested again and I found that wayland do not have this issue. Maybe after some updates this issue has solved. As I clearly remembered I first find this issue on wayland and then X11

Now X11 still has this issue.
