SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download the installer umbrello-mingw64-2.32.0-126.1-setup.exe by the link https://download.kde.org/stable/umbrello/latest/win64/.
2. Go through all the installation steps.
3. Try to launch Umbrella and see that nothing happens.

OBSERVED RESULT
I try to run the program, but after clicking on the shortcut, nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
The program starts immediately after installation or after clicking on the shortcut.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 11

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tried reinstalling, but it didn't help.
On another device with the same OS, everything works fine.
Please tell me the solution to this problem.

This is a very old version for which there is no longer any support. There are newer versions on https://cdn.kde.org/ci-builds/sdk/umbrello/
