SUMMARY

If I click the start menu there is no start menu but a window with an error message.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click on startmenu, or press meta key
2. error message pops up in a window that seems to be the shape of the menu


OBSERVED RESULT
Window with error message:

EXPECTED RESULT
The menu should open.
