SUMMARY
The Application Menu's (Kicker) sub-menus are covered by the panel in the Wayland session.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into the Plasma Wayland session
2. Click on the Application Menu icon 

OBSERVED RESULT
The panel overlaps with the Application Menu submenus and covers it

EXPECTED RESULT
The Application Menu submenus should appear on top of the panel

I forgot to add that this only happens when panel autohide is enabled, sorry!

I can reproduce on neon unstable even if the panel is always visible.
