I have no idea how to fix this, as it should just work.

I have had my default kdewallet since forever. Then I tried changing it to GPG instead of Blowfish, before I exported it. Found out that it is not compatible with auto-unlocking so I removed that wallet and restored my backup

name kdewallet, password is my user password, encryption is blowfish

but it acts as if its not there, it doesnt auto unlock.

I think this is a bug, as it should be detected with its name and auto unlocked. In the GUI manager there is no "set as default" setting for example.

for some reason the apps want to create a keyring named "Default Keyring" instead of "kdewallet" now

found the systemsettings page. I will try to edit the help page
