Getting this error when opening Krita 5.2.1 on Windows. Happens everytime, See attached photo

That's an error happening in the Pigment-O plugin, which is not part of Krita. You'll have to ask the Pigmento-O developer. My guess is you are using a version of the plugin that's not compatible with the latest version of Krita. Check if Pigment-O has a new version out that fixes the problem.
