SUMMARY
I am setting a custom `QT_SCALE_FACTOR=1.5` on my device because I got an 4k monitor. Using kwin scaling is so borked, that I don't use it.

plasmashell is opening on the middle of the screen when that environment variable is set and I can not move it up or down. Plasmoids are also opening strangely in the middle of the screen (see screenshot). Sometimes they are not appearing at all (I have to click dozents of times on it). Notifications are broken, ... With all other kde applications it works perfectly.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run `killall plasmashell`
2. run `QT_SCALE_FACTOR=1.5 plasmashell`

any setting without a UI is unsupported.
