SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Systemsettings
2. Toggle it fullscreen
3. Select a category with an ">" at the end, e.g. "Mouse & touchpad"

OBSERVED RESULT
I cannot enter in that category (I mean, I can see only "Mouse", but not "Touchpad" nor "Screen edges").

EXPECTED RESULT
I can see all the contents of that category.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you're still in the ">" category and restore Systemsettings' windows, you'll see that the two column have been "squeezed".
