Hi - Is there any update on this bug? Proxy files still transcode pixelated in current version of software. Thanks.
Can you maybe try to manually select a proxy profile in the Project settings ? Go to the "Project" menu > Project Settings. There is a "Proxy" tab in this dialog, and the "Encoding profile" allows you to select the render profile for the proxy clips. It would help if you can tell us if one of them works better, and which one causes the pixelated effect you encounter
