Hi,
Your document is probably in CMYK mode (you can read it on the bottom bar, it's a choice you did at document creation). In this mode, the black can be obtained by mixing Cyan , Magenta and Blue together, and also by using the Black cartridge. It has four channel.

Unfortunatelly, the advanced color selector will not be the best tool to select a color for 4 cartridge for print. And you obtain a greenish color in the transparency, I can reproduce: https://www.peppercarrot.com/extras/temp/2023-11-10_screenshot_164933_net.jpg

This is normal. If you want to paint in CMYK, please use a more accurate color selector: Settings > Docker > Specific Color Selector.

If you want to paint with accurate color selectiong using the advanced color selector, Create a default RGB 8 bit document.

Can you confirm your document was set in CMYK?

Hi Arina,

Two hours ago, you have reverted the status of the bug report from WAITINGFORINFO/NEEDSINFO into REPORTED without explaining why and without answering my question. Can you explain?
