SUMMARY
Latest default kernel starts to spam L3 cache errors since latest KDE neon updates.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use the system 

OBSERVED RESULT
the system terminal starts to spam randomly this logs:

I rolled back to Kernel 6.2.0-35, and there's no log spam there
