screensetup

I have vertical panel on the left.
On top of the panel i have a menu button. ON the bottom I have clock and tray icons.




OBSERVED RESULT
When I click in the top left corner instead of menu popping up a window belonging to one of the applications in the tray - Anydesk.


EXPECTED RESULT
Click on top-left menu icon I should get menu

Is it the only the top left pixel or the whole button?

I checked in detail : top-left quarter of the button, strange..
my setup is single monitor now, no scaling + wayland
