SUMMARY

when i try to use my hdmi port on my gaming laptop with nvidia as seondery gpu
for example i connected my laptop to 60hz display it runs at 30hz, lets say its 120hz it runs at 60hz

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. buy gaming laptop
2. install arch linux with kde and setup wayland
3. connect display
4. you will see main display running at full hz for example 120hz, secoundery display running at 30hz while its 60hz display

OBSERVED RESULT
kwin requires fix
this only happens on wayland and on xorg i have more issues, later to talk about it in other bug report

EXPECTED RESULT
external, secoundery display runs at full hz not half hz

i also have rtx 3060 laptop gpu
