Wayland version — bottom or vertical center right

SUMMARY

KRunner popup's content is mispositioned and sized wrong, both on Wayland and X11 (but slightly differently).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KRunner

OBSERVED RESULT
Popup content either sticks to the top left, or to the bottom right. It never gets enough space that it needs.

EXPECTED RESULT
Content should have correct and equal padding on all sides.
