Not an issue in qqc2-desktop-style, which used the more old fashioned styling from the Breeze QStyle for this. This is an issue either in breeze-qqc2-style, or else in whatever provides that component (if it's a custom component and not just a restyled spinbox).

Noah or Devin, can you advise?

Ah I guess I just picked the wrong qqc2 component.

Not a bug in qqc2-breeze-style, was a bug in kirigami-addons fixed here: https://invent.kde.org/libraries/kirigami-addons/-/merge_requests/192
