1. Create a new palette
2. add swatch group.
3. click ok to exit the window

OBSERVED RESULT
No palette group shown

I have been having this problem as well and I've just tried to ignore it for now but when I tried to rename a palette group it completely deleted it, I had to go into my files just to delete the save it created without my already existing palette group.
