STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Insert any Clip
2. Add "Scroll" Effekt
3. Render
4. Compare preview with rendered version

OBSERVED RESULT
Preview shows constantly changing starting position during playback

EXPECTED RESULT
No differences between preview and rendered version
