Toolbar being pushed out of the screen

SUMMARY
When using "Rectangle Region" to capture something at the bottom of the screen, the toolbar gets out of the screen and becomes unclickable. Thus the user is not able to mark or copy the image.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click "Rectangle Region" in capture modes
2. Draw a rectangle near the bottom of screen
3. Move the rectangle down and observe the position of toolbar

OBSERVED RESULT
The toolbar was pushex out of the screen and becomes unclickable.

EXPECTED RESULT
The toolbar should move to the upper side of rectangle to avoid getting out of screen.

Isn't this bug #468794 as well?
Comment 3 Nate Graham 2024-04-08 16:35:21 UTC
Only if the user has multiple screens, yes. But there isn't an indication of that here.
Comment 4 ttsdzb 2024-04-09 15:13:36 UTC
I've already seen that before, but I'm not using multiple screens.
Comment 5 Nate Graham 2024-04-09 20:01:04 UTC
Then try the 24.02 version.
